Changing or cancelling your booking

Plans change, and we understand that. Please be aware, though, that cancelling at short notice will usually attract a fee. If you need to cancel or move to a different date, get in touch and we will talk the options through with you.

We aim to be flexible about training, and we recognise there are exceptional circumstances in which the fee can be waived. Where there is a compelling reason we may be able to move your training to another date. Work commitments are not generally treated as a compelling reason.

We would rather every cancellation and change came to us in writing in the first instance. Email us at office@crtraining.au to make a change.

When is payment required?

We issue an invoice once your enrolment form reaches us. The balance is payable in full within 7 days of the invoice date.

If we have not received payment within those 7 days, your place on the course is released.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Where you cancel and we have your notice in writing at least 21 days before the course date, your fee is refunded in full.

For a cancellation between 7 and 21 days before the course date, half the fee is refunded. Rather than cancel, you may instead move to the next available course date, though the fee for that later course may be higher.

Inside 7 days of the course date there is no refund and no reschedule. The same applies to anyone who does not arrive on the day.

Transferring your place to someone else

If you cannot make a course, you are welcome to pass your booking to another person instead. Arranging that is your responsibility, and we need to know at least 48 hours before the course starts so the right name goes on the Statement of Attainment.
